ABOUT COMMUNITY CRAFTS 

"Community Crafts" is an exploration of creativity and connection within a vibrant café setting, inspired by my experiences as a barista. This painting captures the essence of a community table, where individuals come together to engage in various creative pursuits, each adding their unique flair.

You'll notice my favorite lavender latte is present, symbolizing comfort and nostalgia. The characters depicted are inspired by the regulars at the coffee shop, with one figure immersed in knitting, reflecting my own passion for the craft. This artwork embodies the shared productivity and camaraderie that thrive in communal spaces, particularly for those of us with ADHD.

A personal touch is added with the inclusion of my best friend, portrayed alongside me in a cherished moment over coffee, symbolizing the bonds we form through shared experiences. Additionally, the piece pays tribute to poet Emily Dickinson, incorporating elements that celebrate inclusivity and pride within our creative environments.
